About My Work
I am legal academic specialising in financial regulation, a field in which I have published widely. I am particularly interested in bank regulation, financial regulation and corporate governance and my work is influenced by the economic and financial theories of Hyman Minsky. I am a founding director of the research network, the Law and Money Initiative (LMI) and a research Professor at the University of Oslo Law Faculty.
